The regular meeting of the Bishop and Diocesan Executive Council (BDEC) was held Dec. 14 at St. James's, West Hartford. The Council, appointed to conduct the business of the Diocese between sessions of the Annual Convention, began with a discussion of the role, responsibilities, and leadership possibilities for the Council.
